Enrichment Activities

Every trimester, Great Oaks Legacy Charter – Downtown Middle School will offer after school enrichment activities that serve to strengthen staff and students’ connection to the Great Oaks Legacy community, expose students to creative arts, help students embrace and develop an extracurricular skill, and provide an additional outlet for students to shine within the school environment.

Field Trips

Field trips are an important part of the learning experience. The school is committed to planning and executing at least one field trip every two months for students. Students must keep their demerit count low, complete a standard percentage of homework and earn the trust of their teachers in order to participate in field trip activities.
