Here at the College Office, we endeavor to provide Great Oaks students with unique opportunities to learn more about the college process through engaging workshops and admissions presentations. These experiences enable our students to understand which colleges best fit their distinctive needs while shaping them into proactive young adults through educational enrichment experiences.

Great Oaks Charter School Families

We want our Great Oaks families to be aware of the steps they can take to fully prepare their student for college. Whether your child is in the 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade, we want to ensure that families know how to best address their students varying needs.

The College Preparation Calendar will map out the steps a student should take each year to prepare for college. This would include visiting colleges, test-prep, participation in enrichment programs, funding opportunities and overnight college programs.

With the new changes to the SAT and implementation of the PARCC, it is important for students and families to be aware of the graduation requirements. View the New Jersey State Graduation Requirements.
